Organizing Drawing Competition in School

On behalf of Navayugam Trust, to encourage the students of Mugalivakkam Govt higher secondary school, a competition for essay writing and drawing was held this month. After getting permission from Head master of the school Smt. Mathuram Danesh of Chennai join together and organized the competition. For 6th and 7th standard students drawing competition on ‘To Avoid Accident’ was given.

Totally 72 students took part in the competition. 8th and 9th standard students were given essay writing competition on ‘Future India’. 44 students took part in essay writing. Judges for drawing competition were Guru. Danesh, Guru Karthik and GS Vijay and for Essay writing GS Sheshadri, Guru Mohan and Mr Madhavan Gopala Krishnan. Mr Madhavan Gopala Krishnan managing director of Smt. Madhuram Danesh’s office was the Chief Guest of the function and Mugalivakkam Panchayat’s Assistant Head Mr. Ravi Kumar presided over the function and made it a successful event.

Certificates were given to all the students who took part in the competition, and for those who won both drawing and writing competition were awarded prizes.

For First Prize : Shield, Book and School bag

For Second Prize : Book and School bag

For Third Prize : School bag and for consolation prize Books were given.

Articles required for the competition was provided by the Navayugam Trust, to the students. Head Master of the school while speaking said that all the students have participated with enthusiastic and very motivated and the event gives him a immense pleasure and also he thanked the Navayugam Trust.

Juices were given to the students for relaxation. Moments was given to all the Chief Guest Judges and Headmaster. Headmaster of the school put on shaal and felicitated our Guruji.
